Create quotes
Note
Offers are used exclusively for the sale of machines. If you would like to buy a machine, please use Redemption offers.
Proceed as follows to create a quote:
- Click on Machines in the navigation bar.
- Select the All machines option from the menu.
- The All machines list is displayed.
- Select the machine from the list for which you would like to write a quotation.
- The machine card is opened.
- Click on Print > Machine offer in the action bar on the machine card.
- The Quotation creation wizard is displayed. Please complete the following information:

| Language code | Select the language in which the offer is to be created. |
| Template | Select which stationery is to be used. |
| Contact no. | This is a mandatory field. From the drop-down list for this field, select the contact for whom you would like to write the redemption offer. |
| Print contact no. | Select whether the contact number should be printed or not. |
| Alternative seller code | If necessary, enter an alternative contact person in this field. |
| Offer valid until | Specify until when the machine return offer is valid. |
| Alternative offer price (net) | In this field, enter an alternative price to be quoted in the redemption offer. If you leave this field blank, the valuation amount will be used for the redemption offer. |
| Alternative terms of payment | Specify alternative payment terms/conditions. |
| Supplementary note | You can enter a supplementary note for the return offer here. |
| Print all machine images | Activate this option to print all machine images in the return offer. |
| Print marketplace images only | Activate this option to only print marketplace images in the redemption offer. |
| Print equipment | Activate this option to include the equipment in the offer. |
| Print VAT | Activate this option to include the VAT on the return offer. |

| Customize description | Activate this option to print a customized description in the document. |
| Print pretext | Activate this option to print a pre-text in the document. |
| Print after text | Activate this option to print a follow-up text in the document. |
| Print personal agreement | Activate this option to print the salesperson's name after the follow-up text. The seller name depends on the CRM settings under the seller profile. |

| Filter field 1 | This field depends on your individual setup, i.e. this field has been specially adapted for you in the software. Activate this option to print the information contained in the corresponding field on the machine card in the quotation. |

The following buttons are available at the bottom of the wizard:

You have created a quote and exported it as a file. You can print out the exported offer and send it by letter.
