Report Fields Setup
The ECM Connect Report Fields Setup allows you to define for each document for which fields of this document report export values are created.
Fields
| Field Name | Function for Aptean ECM Connect x Shareflex Documents |

| Field No. | Specifies a field of the selected table. |
| Field Name | Specifies the field name of the selected field. |
| Shareflex Parameter Name | Specifies the parameter name to which the field value is assigned in Shareflex. |
| Shareflex Line Separator | Only for line export fields. Specifies whether a line separator is to be used for this report field in order to transfer multiple values. |
| Export | Specifies whether a report export value is created for the field. This is automatically activated if the Shareflex Parameter Name field is filled in, and deactivated if not. |
Functions
The Update Metadata function updates the metadata of all already exported documents for the selected field.
