Report Export Entries
The overview of the ECM Connect Report Export Entries contains all report export entries that have been created and are to be exported. Among other things, it provides information on the processing status in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and in the Shareflex DMS. In addition, the FactBox provides an overview of the error messages of the selected record.
Each report export entry has related Report Export Values and Report Line Export Entries. These can be viewed via the view of a single entry. When viewing a Report Line Export Entry, you can also view the Report Line Export Values.
The report export entries and their values are exported to the connected Shareflex DMS via the Shareflex Graph API using the export function or a job queue. If the direct report export is activated in the
Setup, the export is carried out directly when a report export is created.
If the export is successful, the export status is set to Exported and the ECM status to Imported.
When a report export is exported for the first time, a new entry is created in the Shareflex DMS. The DocID received in the process is written to the ECM Response ID field. When an existing entry is exported (new version), the entry in the Shareflex DMS is updated using the saved ECM Response ID (DocID).
To ensure that each document is archived only once (possibly in several versions) with exactly one report ID, only one version may be exported to the Shareflex DMS at a time. Do not export a version as long as there is an older version without an ECM Response ID in the report export entries.
Note
ECM admins can delete entries that have not been exported.

| User ID | Specifies the user ID of the user who created the report export entry. |
| Export File Name | Shows the export file name with which the stored file is saved in the set up directory. |

| BLOB deleted | Shows if the report has been deleted from the report export entry. |
| Archived with Report ID | Shows which report object was used to print or archive the document. |
Functions
This function performs the export of the selected report export entry.
This function reprocesses a report export entry that was created during posting if it has the export status In use.
This function opens the Error Log, filtered to the current report export entry.
This function deletes the report, the related report export values, report line export entries, and report line export values of the report export entries with the export status Exported and the ECM status Imported, depending on the keeping duration specified in the
Setup. The report export entries remain in this table for information purposes.
In addition, this function deletes report export entries that were created during posting and have the export status In use – also depending on the specified keeping duration.
This function opens the linked Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central document for the selected report export entry.
This function opens the document for the selected report export entry in the connected Shareflex DMS as soon as an ECM Response ID exists. The fields for the Shareflex Link in the Setup must also be filled in.
