Filebox Export Entries
The overview of the Filebox export entries shows the records of the files stored via the Filebox.
Among other things, it provides information on the storage categories and the processing status in the connected DMS. In addition, the FactBox provides an overview of the error messages of the selected record.
Each Filebox export entry has related
Filebox Export Values. These can be viewed via the view of a single entry.
The Filebox export entries and their values are exported to the connected Shareflex DMS via the Shareflex Graph API using the export function or a job queue. If the direct Filebox export is activated in the
Setup, the export is carried out directly when a Filebox export is created.
If the export is successful, the export status is set to Exported and the ECM status to Imported.
Note
ECM admins can delete entries that have not been exported.

| Created at | Specifies the time at which the Filebox export entry was created. |
| Exported at | Specifies the time at which the Filebox export entry was exported. |
| Export Document Type | Specifies the document type that was used for the export. |
| Table No. | Specifies the table from which the file was stored. |
| Table Name | Shows the table name from the Table No. column. |
| Export Status | Shows the status of the export. Possible statuses are: Ready, Exported, Error, In use, and Deleted. |
| ECM Status | Shows the status of the ECM processing. Possible statuses are: Waiting and Imported. |
| ECM Response ID | This field shows the ID of the related entry in the connected Shareflex DMS. |
| Related RecordID | Specifies the RecordID of the record on which the file was stored in the Filebox. |
| Related SystemID | Specifies the SystemID of the record on which the file was stored in the Filebox. |
| Error | Specifies if an error occurred while processing the entry. |
| User ID | Specifies the user ID of the user who created the Filebox export entry. |
| File Name | Specifies information on the file name of the file that was stored in the Filebox. |
| File Extension | Specifies the file extension of the stored file. |
| BLOB Size | Specifies the file size of the stored file. |
| BLOB deleted | Specifies if the stored file has been deleted from the Filebox export entry. |
| Category Code | Specifies the category code with which the file was stored. |
| Category Name | Shows the category name of the selected category code. |
| Description | This field shows the description that can be entered when storing the file. |
Functions
This function performs the export of the selected Filebox export entry.
This function opens the Error Log.
This function deletes the attached file, the values, and the attributes of the Filebox export entries with the export status Exported and the ECM status Imported, depending on the keeping duration specified in the
Setup.
The Filebox export entries remain in this table for information purposes.
This function opens the record related to the Filebox export entry.
This function opens the selected Filebox export entry in the connected Shareflex DMS as soon as an ECM Response ID exists.
