Filebox Fields Setup
The ECM Connect Filebox Fields Setup determines for which fields Filebox export values are created when a file with a Filebox category is stored in the Filebox for a corresponding table. This can be set individually for each Filebox category and each table field.
When you enter a table number, all fields of the table are added automatically. In addition, the table is assigned to the
Filebox Category Related Tables of the Filebox category.
CAUTION!
When you delete a line, all lines of this table for the Filebox category are deleted after a confirmation. The assignment of the table to the Filebox category is also removed.

| Table No | Specifies the table for the Filebox fields setup. |
| Table Name | Displays the table name from the Table No column. |
| Field No | Specifies the field for the Filebox fields setup. |
| Field Name | Displays the field name from the Field No column. |
| Export | Specifies whether a Filebox export value is created for the field. If the field is marked as obsolete in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, you must confirm the export in a dialog window. |
Functions
This function selects or clears all fields for the export.
The Update Fields Setup function compares the fields setup of the selected table and Filebox category with the current table fields. New fields are added and removed fields are deleted. For obsolete fields that are exported, you must confirm the export again.
