Aptean ECM Connect x Shareflex Documents

The Aptean ECM Connect x Shareflex Documents interface, with its comprehensive set of features, enables the integration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system and the Shareflex document management system. Data is exchanged between the systems in both directions. Thanks to its many dynamic configuration options, the software solution offers a high degree of scalability. This allows, e.g., business-critical processes to be offloaded from the ERP system to the connected Shareflex DMS. The interface facilitates the return of relevant data to the core areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The key components of the software solution are the archiving of documents in the Shareflex DMS and the import of purchase invoices and credit memos that have undergone a customized workflow within the Shareflex DMS system.

The ECM Connect 365 App provides export data structures in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and also generates export data that can be exported from the Shareflex interface to the Shareflex DMS.
In addition, import data structures are provided that can be populated with data from the Shareflex DMS via the Shareflex interface. The data imported from the Shareflex DMS can be processed into documents using the ECM Connect 365 App.
