The TRASER Rental 365 x ECM Connect 365 app extends the TRASER ECM Connect 365 functionality with specific rental features and enables seamless integration between TRASER Rental 365 and various document management systems.

1. Rent Contracts - ECM Integration

The app fully integrates rent contracts and related documents into the ECM system:

  • Filebox: Drag & drop upload of files directly on rent contract, invoice, and delivery cards
  • Open Document: Direct access to linked DMS documents
  • Open Folder: Direct access to DMS folders

  • Rent Quotes (Rental Quote Card/List)
  • Rent Contracts (Rental Contract Card/List)
  • Rent Invoices (Rental Invoice/List)
  • Rent Credit Memos (Rental Credit Memo/List)

2. Automatic Report Archiving

Automatic archiving of rental documents at specific events.

Archiving on Contract Signing:

  • Rent contracts are automatically archived when the signature status is set to Signed
  • Additional contracts are also archived upon signing

Archiving on Posting:

  • Rent invoices are automatically archived on posting
  • Rent credit memos are automatically archived on posting

Setup:

  1. Automatic Archiving Setup: Configure and enable for the following areas:
    • Rent Contract
    • Rent Add. Contract
    • Rent Invoice
    • Rent Credit Memo
  2. Report Export Setup: Set up corresponding reports with archiving and default report options
  3. TRASER ECM Connect 365 Setup: Enable report export
