Dimension Setup
To provide a valid transfer into the Shareflex DMS, the appropriate Shareflex Parameters need to be assigned to dimensions in the Shareflex Dimenstion Setup. These parameters are used to update the meta data of an archived document in Shareflex DMS.
Fields

| Code | Shows the code of the dimension. |
| Name | Specifies the dimension code entered in the Code field. |
| ECM Export | Specifies if the dimensions and dimension values are exported. |
| Shareflex Parameter Name | Specifies the name of the parameter assigned to the dimension. |
| Locked | Specifies that the related data entry can not be booked in transactions because it is locked (i.e. a customer that has been declared insolvent or an item in quarantine). |
