Report Export Entries
The overview of the ECM Report Export Entries includes all report export entries created and to be exported. Among other things, it provides information about the processing status by BC and the connected DMS. In addition, the info box provides an overview of the error messages for the selected data record.
Each report export entry has associated
Report Export Values and
Report Line Export Entries, these can be viewed via the individual entry view. By viewing a
Report Line Export Entry, the
Report Line Export Values can also be viewed.
Using the export function or a task queue, the report export entries and their values are exported to the connected DMS.
Note
ECM admins cannot delete non-exported entries.
Fields

| ID | Specifies the ID of the report export entry. |
| Created at | Specifies the time when the report export entry was created. |
| Exported at | Specifies the time at which the report export entry was exported. |
| Table No. | The table number indicates which table the report export was carried out from. |
| Table Name | Displays the table name of the table from the Table No. column. |
| Export Status | Displays the status of the export. Possible statuses are Ready, Exported, Error, In Use and Deleted. |
| ECM Status | Displays the status of ECM processing. Possible statuses are Waiting and Imported |
| ECM Response ID | The field shows the ID of the associated entry in the connected DMS. |
| Related RecordID | Specifies the RecordID of the data record for which the report export entry was created. |
| Related SystemID | Specifies the SystemID of the data record for which the report export entry was created. |
| Error | Indicates whether an error occurred while processing the entry. |
| User ID | Specifies the User ID of the user who created the report export entry. |
| Export File Name | The export file name with which the stored file is saved in the set up directory is displayed here. |
| BLOB Size | Specifies the file size of the report. |
| BLOB Deleted | Indicates whether the report was deleted from the report export entry. |
| Archived with Report ID | Shows which report object was used to print or archive the document. |
Functions
This function executes the export of the selected report export entry.
This function reprocesses a report export entry that was created during posting if it has the export status In Use.
This function opens the Error Log filtered to the current report export entry.
This function deletes the report, the associated
Report Export Values,
Report Line Export Entries and
Report Line Export Values of the report export entries with the export status Exported and the ECM status Imported, depending on the keeping duration specified in the
Setup. The report export entries remain in this table for information purposes.
In addition, this function deletes report export entries that were created during posting and have the export status In Processing - also depending on the specified keeping duration.
This function opens the linked BC document for the selected report export entry.
This function opens the document in the connected DMS for the selected report export entry if an ECM Response ID is available.
