Open Documents & Folders
The documents and folders set up for the parameter translation between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the connected Shareflex DMS in the ECM Connect 365 Link Setup determine which request parameter is used to request the document of folder.
The request can be done in the respective document.

You can find the document and folder request under the ECM button.
To request a document, a ECM Response ID is necessary in the ECM Connect 365 Report Export Entry of the corresponding entry. Furthermore, the fields for the Shareflex Link need to be set up in the ECM Connect 365 Setup.
To request a folder, the fields for the Shareflex Link need to be set up in the ECM Connect 365 Setup. The ECM Document Type Name needs to be entered in the ECM Connect 365 Link Setup as well. A combination of the parameters entered in the ECM Connect 365 Field Link Setup will be integrated into the URL request for this request.
