Report Export Entries
The overview of the ECM Connect 365 Report Export Entries contains all created and report export entries to be exported. It offers, among other things, information on the processing status in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Shareflex DMS. Furthermore, the infobox shows an overview of all error messages of the selected data entry.
Each report export entry has their corresponding Report Export Values and Report Line Export Entries. You can view these by viewing the individual entry. By viewing a Report Line Export Entry you can also view the Report Line Export Values.
Using the export function or a task queue, the report export entries and their respective values will be exported into the connected Shareflex DMS via the Shareflex Graph API. If the direct report export was activated in the
ECM Connect 365 x Shareflex Setup, the export is done directly when creating a report export.
If the export was successful, the export status will be changed to Exported and the ECM status will be changed to Imported.
When exporting a report export for the first time, a new entry will be created in the Shareflex DMS. The received DocID will then be written into the ECM Response ID. When exporting an existing entry (new version), an update of the entry with the saved ECM Response ID (DocID) will be done in the Shareflex DMS.
To ensure that each document will only be archived (if necessary, in several versions) with only a single Report ID it is necessary to only export one version at a time into the Shareflex DMS. A version should not be exported, if an older version exists in the report export entries which does not have a ECM Response ID yet.
Note
ECM Admins can delete entries that have not been exported yet.

| Error | Specifies if there was an error while processing the entry. |
| User ID | Specifies the User ID of the user that created the report export entry. |
| Export File Name | Shows under which export file name the file will be stored in the created folder. |
| BLOB Size | Shows the file size of the report. |
| BLOB deleted | Shows if the report was deleted from the report export entries. |
| Archived with Report ID | Shows which report object was used to print or archive the document. |
Functions
This function completes the export of the selected report export entry.
This function processes a report export entry again that was created when posting if the export status is In Processing.
This function opens the ECM Connect 365 Error Protocol filtered to the current report export entry.
This function deletes the report, its related report export values, the report line export entries and the report line export values of the report export entries with the export status Exported and the ECM status Imported, depending on the storage duration set up in the
ECM Connect 365 x Shareflex Setup. The report export entries will remain in this table for information purposes.
Furthermore, this function deletes the report export entries that have been created during posting and that have the export status In Processing, also depending on the set up storage durating.
This function opens the linked Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central document for the selected report export entry.
This function opens the document for the selected report export entry in the connected Shareflex DMS as soon as a ECM Response ID was added. The Shareflex Link fields of the ECM Connect 365 x Shareflex Setup need to be filled in as well.
