TRASER ECM Connect 365 Permissions

In order to be able to use TRASER ECM Connect 365, you must be assigned a permission set that provides you with the permissions you need. There are two predefined permission sets that enable you to use certain features and carry out various tasks of the TRASER ECM Connect 365 app.

Overview of TRASER ECM Connect 365 permission sets

Permission set Description
TSREC ADMIN When you are assigned this permission set, you get full access to all tables and functionalities you need to use and setup TRASER ECM Connect 365.
TSREC ALLUSER When you are assigned this permission set, you get full access to all tables and functionalities you need to use TRASER ECM Connect 365.

Permission sets for normal users

If you are a normal user, at least the following permission sets must be assigned to you for you relevant companies:

  • D365 BASIC
  • TSREC ALLUSER

Permission sets for accountants

If you are an accountant, at least the following permission sets must be assigned to you for you relevant companies:

  • D365 BASIC
  • D365 PURCH DOC, EDIT
  • TSREC ALLUSER

Permission sets for admin users

If you are a admin user, at least the following permission sets must be assigned to you for you relevant companies:

  • D365 BASIC
  • D365 SETUP (modify dimensions)
  • TSREC ADMIN
