New functionality

• The Filebox can now be used on the resource pages.
• When selecting the related tables for a Filebox category, only tables on whose pages the Filebox can be used are displayed.
• The Filebox is now only visible if a Filebox category with the related table or with all tables exists for the corresponding table of the pages.

Bugfixes

• Document Import Entries with the “Update” action are treated like items with the “Insert” action if a Document Import Entry with the same ECM Import ID and the “Insert” action was skipped.
