Filebox Categories
The ECM Filebox Categories store the categories for the Filebox. This sets up the category code with which files can be archived when they are added to a data record via a Filebox.
In addition, an overview of the
Filebox Category Related Tables and the
Filebox Category Attributes can be obtained for the category codes.
Fields

| Category Code | Specifies the code for a Filebox Category. |
| Category Name | Specifies the name for a Filebox Category. |
| Use for: | Specifies whether a category can be used for all tables or only related tables. |
| Related Tables | Specifies the number of related tables. When selected, the tables belonging to the Filebox Category are opened. |
Functions
This function creates a default setup for the Filebox Categories.
This function opens the associated tables of the Filebox Category.
This function opens the Filebox Category Attributes of the Filebox Category.
This function opens Filebox Field Setup of the tables associated with the Filebox Category.
