Report Field Setup
The ECM Connect 365 Report Field Setup allows you to determine for each document for which fields of this document report export values should be created.
Fields
| Field Name | Function in TRASER ECM Connect 365 x Shareflex Documents |

| Field No. | Specifies a field of the selected table. |
| Field Name | Specifies the field name of the selected field. |
| Shareflex Parameter Name | Shows the parameter name linked to the field value in Shareflex. |
| Shareflex Line Separator | Only for line export fields. Specifies whether a line separator should be used for this report field in order to transfer multiple values. |
| Export | Specifies if a report export value should be created for this field. This is automatically activated if the Shareflex parameter name has been entered. It is deactivated, if this is not the case. |
Actions
- Update Metadata: Updates the metadata of all already exported documents for the selected field.
