Creating Sales Quotes from CPQs

This section describes how to create a sales quote from a CPQ. To do so, please proceed as follows:

  • Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Configure/Price/Quote List page.
  • Open the CPQ for which you want to create a sales quote.
  • To create a sales quote for a machine, click on Sales > Send to Quote in the menu bar.

Open Quote – Opens the existing quote for this version of the CPQ.

Select Update Quote.

Adding Service Items to Sales Quotes

You can manually add service items to a sales quote. To do so, please proceed as follows:

  • Click on Line > Functions > Add Service Item in the menu bar of the FastTab.
