Item Price Information
This chapter describes how to use the Price Information page to view current item prices, possible upselling prices as well as related price and discount lists. This chapter is divided into the following sections:

- Creating Sales Order from Price Information
Accessing Price Information for Items
Proceed as follows to open detailed price information for an item:
- Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Price Information page.
- Fill in the fields in the Filter FastTab according to the following table:

| Items | Select the item from the dropdown list for which you want to view detailed price information. |
| Variant Code | Select a variant code from the dropdown list if you want to view price information for a specific item variant only. |
| Order Quantity | Enter the required item quantity on which the price calculation should be based. |
| Customer | Select the customer from the dropdown list on whom the price calculation should be based. |
| Order Date | Select the order date on which the price calculation should be based. |
| Sales Order Type | Select an order type from the dropdown list on which the price calculation should be based. |
- In the Current Prices FastTab, you can view the current price and discount for the item based on the filters applied.
- In the Possible Prices (Upselling) FastTab, you can view additional prices that are available for this item. This includes, for example, better conditions from default price lists, customer price groups, purchase item discount groups, or campaigns. Under New Quantity and New Sales Order Type, you can see the requirements that must be fulfilled for the respective price to be applied.
Tip
Open the factbox area (ALT+F2) to check whether suitable price or discount lists are available for the current price calculation.
You have successfully opened the item price information for an item.
Tip
You can also open the Price Information page directly from an item card or customer card. To do so, use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Items or Customers page, open the required card and then select Special Sales Prices & Discounts > Price Information or Prices and Discounts > Price Information. The information is then automatically filtered for the selected item or customer.
Creating Sales Quote from Price Information
On the Price Information page, you can directly create a sales quote from the filtered price information. To do so, please proceed as follows:
- Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Price Information page.
- Complete the fields in the Filter FastTab as described in Accessing Price Information for Items.
- Select Create Sales Quote from the menu bar.
- The sales quote is automatically created and opened based on the filtered price information.
- You can then continue processing the sales quote. For more information, see Sales Quote and Order.
You have successfully created a sales quote from item price information.
Creating Sales Order from Price Information
On the Price Information page, you can directly create a sales order from the filtered price information. To do so, please proceed as follows:
- Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Price Information page.
- Complete the fields in the Filter FastTab as described in Accessing Price Information for Items.
- Select Create Sales Order from the menu bar.
- The sales order is automatically created and opened based on the filtered price information.
- You can then continue processing the sales order. For more information, see Sales Quote and Order.
