Item History

This chapter describes how to view the sales and purchase history of an item, including any available legacy data, in our ERP solution. This enables better traceability and an overview of all transactions relating to the respective item. This chapter is divided into the following sections:

Viewing the Sales History of an Item

The sales history shows all sales transactions for an item. If legacy data was imported from a legacy system, this data can also be viewed in the sales history. To view the sales history of a specific item, please proceed as follows:

Note

All sales and negative adjustment entries from the legacy system are taken into account if their document type corresponds to a posted invoice or credit memo from the Sales or Service business area.

  • Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Items page.
  • Open the item whose sales history you want to display.
  • Click on History > Sales History in the menu bar.
  • The sales history with all sales documents for the selected item is displayed, including any corresponding legacy entries, if available.
