Shared Filters

The following page filters are displayed on multiple pages. They work the same way throughout the report and are documented here once.

Item Profitability

The Item Profitability page lets you identify your most and least profitable items. It ranks items by average realized profit margin and shows average selling prices and unit costs. Clicking on an item in the ranking chart opens a detail panel showing how sales quantities developed over time.

Page-Specific Filters:

Item No. – Filter to a specific item.
Item Category – Filter by item category.
Sort Order – Switch between Top (highest margin first) and Bottom (lowest margin first).
Show Top – Set how many items are shown in the ranking.
Only sales value entries with an actual sales amount and a unit cost are included. These are background filters.

Margin per Item	Item No.	The item number.
	Description	The item's description.
	Average realized Selling Price	The average selling price per unit realized on sales.
	Average of Unit Cost	The average cost per unit.
	Average realized Profit Margin	The average realized selling price minus the average unit cost.
Top / Bottom N Items (by Profit Margin)	Item No.	Item number (axis).
	Description	Item description (legend).
	Profit Margin	Top or bottom N items by average realized profit margin, depending on the Sort Order and Show Top selections (column chart).
Item Details	No. / Description / Manufacturer / Vendor Item No.	The selected item's identifying details.
	Sold Quantity	The quantity of the item sold in the selected fiscal year (line chart).
	Sold Quantity Previous Year	The quantity sold in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
	Year / Month	Monthly time axis.

Physical Inventory Overview

The Physical Inventory Overview page summarizes the results of your physical inventory counts. It shows the total value and quantity of inventory differences and breaks them down by location, so you can see where the largest discrepancies occurred.

Key figures (cards)	Inventory Difference (Amount)	The total value of inventory differences across the current selection.
	Inventory Difference (Quantity)	The total quantity of inventory differences across the current selection.
	Number of Physical Inventory Orders	The total count of posted physical inventory orders.
	% of Items with a difference	The share of items with a counted quantity difference.
Inventory Difference (Amount) per Location	Amount	The value of the inventory difference per location (positive minus negative adjustments), shown as a bar chart.
	Amount Previous Year	The same inventory difference amount for the previous fiscal year.
	Location	Location or warehouse (axis).
Inventory Difference (Quantity) per Location	Quantity	The counted-vs-expected quantity difference per location, shown as a bar chart.
	Quantity Previous Year	The same quantity difference for the previous fiscal year.
	Location	Location or warehouse (axis).

Physical Inventory

The Physical Inventory page provides a detailed line-by-line listing of all items that had a counted quantity difference. You can see the exact quantity and value of each discrepancy per item and location.

Note

Only items with a counted quantity difference are listed. Items with no difference are hidden automatically.
