Linking Sent Orders

To provide an overview of the service orders already sent to Dime.Scheduler, the Sent to Workshop Scheduler field has been added to inform the user about the service orders already available in Dime.Scheduler:

Linking Planned Orders

The Planned in Workshop Scheduler boolean field has also been created, which informs the user whether a service order has already been planned:

An order is considered planned if one or more entries exist in the DS Appointments table. An order is not considered planned if no linked entries exist or all linked entries have the D (Delete) status.
