Additional Fields in the Workshop Scheduler
By using the Free Text fields in Dime.Scheduler, additional fields or values from the service orders can be synchronized with the workshop scheduler. These are not shown by default, but can be displayed manually in the workshop scheduler.
The following fields are also transferred and can be displayed in the workshop scheduler:
- Location
- Person In Charge
- Fault Description
- Job Title
- Responsibility Center
- Opening Hours
- Shortcut Dimension 1
- Shortcut Dimension 2
- Order Fulfillment Status
- Parts ready by
- Operating Hours (Counter 1)
- Operating Hours (Counter 2)
Operating Hours Counters
The operating hours counters (Counter 1 and Counter 2) are automatically transferred to the workshop scheduler when they are marked as inserted in the service item line. This enables precise tracking of machine running times and supports maintenance planning.
Automatic Filling: Parts Ready By
The Parts Ready By field can be automatically filled when an appointment is processed in Dime.Scheduler. This function is activated in the Dime.Scheduler setup via the Fill Needed By Date in Service Worksheet option.
As soon as an appointment is processed for a service item line, the Parts Ready By field is automatically filled with the allocation date from the service order allocation. This ensures that the required parts can be provided on time and prevents manual input errors.
