Manual Deletion

As when sending service orders to the workshop scheduler, it is also important when deleting orders from the workshop scheduler that these are highlighted in TRASER DMS 365 by an indicator. In this case, the Sent to Workshop Scheduler field (see Linking Orders) is also helpful, as the deleted orders from TRASER DMS 365 receive the No value.

The Sent to Workshop Scheduler field is displayed on the service order page as well as the following areas:

  • On service order cards

Manually deleting an order from Dime.Scheduler can be done from the service order card or the list view:

Special case

Service orders in TRASER DMS 365 can only be deleted successfully and without any further precautions from Dime.Scheduler, if they have already been sent to the workshop scheduler and have not been planned or no DS Appointments exist for these service orders.

In the latter case, not only must the job (service order sent to Dime.Scheduler) be deleted, but the associated tasks (the associated service item lines) as well. The value of the Sent to Workshop Scheduler field is then also updated to No.
