Resource Filters

TRASER DMS 365 x Dime.Scheduler offers various filtering options for resources in Dime.Scheduler. These filters enable precise control over which resources are available for specific tasks.

Company Filter for Multi-Company Scenarios

The company filter enables cross-company filtering and management of resources in Dime.Scheduler. This is particularly useful in multi-company environments where resources are used across multiple companies.

When the company filter is enabled, the following actions are automatically performed:

  • Creation of a Company filter group in Dime.Scheduler
  • Automatic addition of all companies as filter values
  • Linking of resources with their respective companies

When sending a resource to Dime.Scheduler, it is automatically linked to the current company. Additionally, resources can also be linked to other companies to enable cross-company planning. The management of company filters is handled automatically in the background and requires no manual configuration.

Skill Filter

The Create Skill Filter option automatically creates a filter group for resource qualifications in Dime.Scheduler. The name of this filter group can be specified in the Skill Filter Name field.

This filter allows you to filter resources by their qualifications and display only those qualified for a specific task. The filter is automatically populated with resource qualifications from the qualification table.

Service Zone Filter

The Create Service Zone Filter option automatically creates a filter group for service zones in Dime.Scheduler. The name of this filter group can be specified in the Service Zone Filter Name field.

This filter allows you to filter resources by their assigned service zones and display only those working in a specific area. The filter is automatically populated with service zones from the service zone setup.
