Absence integration

TRASER DMS 365 x Dime.Scheduler offers the option of maintaining absences from absence systems/apps other than the BC standard and sending them to the Dime.Scheduler.

With the help of a connector app, the “Absence log” table can be filled in a standardized way. The absences with the specified information are transferred from this table to the Dime.Scheduler.

This is done automatically by a job queue or by the functions for processing one or all entries in the absence log.

Entries in the absence log that have already been transmitted can be deleted after the specified keeping duration using the job queue or the function for deleting old entries. (Entries in the Dime.Scheduler are not deleted).

To be able to use the absence integration, it must be activated in the Dime.Scheduler FastTrack Wizard.
If the “Standard” absence system is selected in the setup, the standard absence integration of the Dime.Scheduler is used.
If connector apps are installed, the associated absence systems can be selected.
In addition, you can set up the time span with which the absences are maintained in the Dime.Scheduler and how long transmitted entries are kept in the absence log.
