Overview

This chapter describes the functions of TRASER Mobile Service 365 that you can use in the Overview tab. For more information on the contents of this tab can be found here. This chapter is divided into the following sections:

Personnel Time Tracking

Whereas the Time Records tab is intended for order-related operation data recording, you can use the Overview tab for general personnel time tracking. This is relevant, if you e.g. do not start your working day with order-related working or travel times. Additionally, you can only end your working day (in terms of time tracking) by clicking on the button next to the live timer in this tab.

To track your personnel time, please proceed as follows:

  • Navigate to the Overview tab.
  • Tap on the button next to the live timer to start or pause time tracking.

Important!

Please consider that your working day and the active time record will be ended automatically once you pause the live timer via the button.

You have successfully started or paused your personnel time tracking. The following section describes how to display your open service orders for the current working day.

Displaying Open Service Orders Today

To display all service orders open on the current working day, please proceed as follows:

  • Navigate to the Overview tab.
  • Tap on the Service Orders Today tile.
  • The Service Orders tab is displayed, filtered by Today.

You have successfully accessed a filtered view of your open service orders. The following section describes how you can access a list of all your assigned service orders assigned in this tab.

Displaying All Service Orders

To display all open service orders assigned to you, please proceed as follows:

  • Navigate to the Overview tab.
  • Tap on the All Service Orders tile.
  • An overview of all Service Orders assigned to you is displayed in the corresponding tab.

You have successfully accessed an overview of your assigned service orders. How to process service orders from there is described here. The following section describes how to select your service vehicle in the app.

Selecting Service Vehicle

To select your service vehicle, please proceed as follows:

  • Navigate to the Overview tab.
  • Tap on the Service Vehicle tile.
  • Select the service vehicle you want to use from the list or via the search field.
  • A dialog window opens.
  • Confirm the dialog to select the service vehicle or tap on Cancel to cancel the selection.

You have successfully selected a service vehicle. A list of the spare parts stored in this vehicle is automatically stored in the local memory of the app. The next section describes how access the list of spare parts.

Displaying Spare Parts Stored in the Service Vehicle

Thanks to the offline capability of TRASER Mobile Service 365, information on spare parts in your service vehicle can be accessed at any time. To do so, please proceed as follows:

  • Navigate to the Overview tab.
  • Tap on the Spare Parts stored in the Service Vehicle tile.
  • A list of the assigned spare parts is displayed.
