Login
Here you’ll learn how to log in to the TRASER Mobile Service 365 app.
Tip
When you open the app for the first time, a three-page welcome screen is displayed. Tap on Next to continue to the next page or tap on Finish to exit the welcome screen. You can skip this by tapping on Skip in the top right corner of the screen.
On the login page, the Microsoft Login and Imprint buttons are displayed.
Tapping on Imprint opens the imprint of the app. To log in to TRASER Mobile Service 365, please proceed as follows:
- Tap on the Microsoft Login button.
- Select the Microsoft user account with which you want to log in.
- Enter the corresponding password and tap on Login to confirm.
- Complete the following login information:

|---|---|
| Environment | Select the environment you want to connect with from the dropdown list. The selection is based on the environments stored in your Microsoft user account. |
| Company | Select the correct company for the app from the dropdown list. |
| Resource | Select the related resource. |
- Tap on Continue to complete the login.
You have successfully logged into TRASER Mobile Service 365 and will be redirected to the main page of the Service Orders tab.
