Installing TRASER Mobile Service 365
Here you’ll find all important information on downloading and installing TRASER Mobile Service 365. This chapter is divided into the following sections:
Downloading the App
TRASER Mobile Service 365 is available for download in the Apple Store for iOS and in the Play Store for Android. The app is available for iOS devices from version 13.0 and for Android devices from version 8.0 and is installed automatically after downloading.
Important!
Please note that we cannot offer support for devices whose hardware performance is below the current market standard. We recommend to regularly update the operating system of your device and replace older devices if necessary. We only test on the most recent devices running the latest versions of Android and iOS. To use all functions of the app, access rights to the gallery and camera on your mobile device are also necessary.
Installing the App
On Premises
To use the app in an On Premises environment, your IT administrator must install TRASER Mobile Service 365 and its dependencies using extension management. Please then provide us with the corresponding link to your system so that we can store it on our proxy server. Once this process is complete, all users can log in to the app and connect to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central database.
SaaS
To use the app in a SaaS environment, your IT administrator must install TRASER Mobile Service 365 and its dependencies using extension management. The app can then be installed on their mobile device. During the authentication process, they are prompted in a Microsoft form to authorize the app globally. Once this process is complete, all users can log in to the app and connect to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central database.
