Warranty Claims

If your organization uses the warranty claims of our ERP solution, this app makes it easy to find all captured documents related to a specific claim.

• On the Warranty Claim Card and Warranty Claim List, a Document Files FactBox is available. You can drag and drop files directly onto it.
• When you use the Navigate function, the system automatically includes documents linked to the warranty claim – across purchase invoices, credit memos, and their posted versions.
• Captured warranty claim numbers are validated automatically. The system also tries to match by External Claim No. if an exact match is not found.
