Order Basket Integration Setup

The Order Basket Integration lets you create and update order baskets in the Kramp Webshop.
To achieve this, the following setups must be completed:
Basic setup
First, the basic interface setup must be performed. Please proceed as follows:
- Open the Interface List page in TRASER DMS 365 and select the KRAMP-ORDERBASKET entry.
- In the General FastTab:
- Keep the Interface Log toggle switch deactivated as no log is created or needed.
- In the Authorization FastTab:
- In the Authorization Type field, select the OAuth2 value.
- In the Authorization Code field, select the SOAPI PROD value, and click on the Show details button.
- The OAuth2 Application Endpoint page for the SOAPI PROD value opens.
- In the Client ID and Client Secret fields, enter your client ID and password to access John Deere Expert Services.
This information is available from your TRASER Software GmbH representative (internal password manager). - Close the OAuth2 Application Endpoint page.
- In the Parameters FastTab, enter the following information in the Value field to prepare the interface:
- APIEndpointURL: Enter the API endpoint URL for the integration.
Default value:https://api.kramp.com/sales/order - WebshopURL: Optional Enter the URL of the Kramp Webshop for faster access to your shopping cart, e.g.,
https://www.kramp.com/shop-de/de/shopping-cart.
- APIEndpointURL: Enter the API endpoint URL for the integration.
- In the Mapping FastTab, fill all relevant objects with the values minimally required for setting up the interface. When the table is filled, select the Completed checkbox, so that the values can be selected in the Parameters FastTab in the next step.
When all requirements are met (green or grey values in the Parameters and Mapping FastTabs), you can enable the interface via the Activate Interface button of the Order Basket Integration Card.
Please proceed with the Kramp Webshop User Mapping section.
Kramp Webshop User Mapping
To retrieve order basket information from the Kramp Webshop and show them in TRASER DMS 365, users must identify against the Kramp API. Please proceed as follows to set up the user mapping:

If this step was already completed during the Product Information Setup, you can skip this step.
- Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Kramp Webshop User Mapping page.
- Enter the required values as per below table:

| User ID | Select the TRASER DMS 365 user which should be mapped to their Kramp Webshop credentials. |
| Customer No. | Enter the customer number to be used for the mapped user. |
| Webshop User Name | Enter the registered Kramp Webshop user name for the mapped user. |
| Webshop Password | Enter the registered Kramp Webshop password for the mapped user. |
Please proceed with the Kramp Unit of Measure Mapping section.
Kramp Unit of Measure Mapping
To show and process the correct order basket information in TRASER DMS 365, the units of measure must be mapped. Please proceed as follows to set up the user mapping:
- Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Kramp Units of Measure page.
- Enter the required values as per below table:

| Kramp Unit of Measure Code | Specifies the unit of measure code being used in the Kramp Webshop. |
| Kramp Unit of Measure Description | Specifies the unit of measure description being used in the Kramp Webshop. |
| Mapped Unit of Measure | Select the actual unit of measure code used in TRASER DMS 365. |
Please proceed with the Business Partner Setup section.
Business Partner Setup
It is necessary to map the TRASER DMS 365 vendor to the actual Kramp company, or multiple vendors to their corresponding Kramp companies, in a multi-vendor environment. To set up business partners, please proceed as follows:
Tip
If this step was already completed during the Product Information Setup, you can skip this step.
- Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Business Partners page.
- Open the Kramp Integration App entry.
- In the menu bar of the Business Partner page, click on the Relations button.
- In the Business Partner Relations table, proceed as follows:
- In the Relation Type column, select Vendor.
- In the Relation No. column, select the vendor number for the Kramp business partner.
- The Description column is automatically filled and cannot be changed.
- Repeat these steps for all Kramp business partners.
- Close the Business Partner Relations table.
- In the menu bar of the Business Partner page, click on the Integration Modules button.
- Open the KRAMP-ORDERBASKET entry.
- On the Integration Module page, proceed as follows:
- In the Parameters FastTab:
- Select the Kramp catalog for the CatalogIdentifier parameter.
- Optional Specify whether you want to release the purchase order in TRASER DMS 365 when
submitting the order basket (select ReleaseOnSubmit =
1) or not (ReleaseOnSubmit =0).
- In the menu bar, click on Activate to activate the integration module.
- In the Parameters FastTab:
- You can close all pages.
