[22859] Simplified Azure Data Lake Export Setup for TRASER BI Connect apps

Users can now configure the Azure Data Lake Storage export in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central more easily using dedicated setup actions per TRASER BI Connect app. These actions automatically add the required tables and mandatory fields without overwriting existing settings, simplifying and standardizing the export setup.

[28249] New 'Service Invoice Statistics' overview

A new Service Invoice Statistics overview is now available, providing users with a consolidated list of posted service invoices. The overview is aligned in structure and behavior with Sales Invoice Statistics, ensuring a consistent user experience across reports. It summarizes labor, parts and resource/cost amounts per service invoice and includes adjusted profit and margin, enabling transparent and comprehensive service profitability analysis.

[28848] Drill-down from service invoice statistics to service invoice lines

Users can now drill down directly from the Service Invoice Statistics report to service invoice lines to access detailed information. This includes cost, price, discounts and adjusted profit figures, giving users greater visibility into profitability. Additional header information from the service invoice is also displayed, enabling deeper profitability analysis directly from the statistics report without needing to navigate to the original invoice.

A new Warranty Claims Overview allows users to analyze warranty claims across fiscal years, manufacturers and vendors. Interactive visualizations provide insights into warranty types, cost versus recovery and average processing times, supporting greater transparency and continuous improvement in warranty management.

The Core and DMS apps have been restructured into a role-based setup to improve scalability and enable clearer, topic-focused dashboards. Pages and reports are now grouped by roles such as Sales, Service, Finance, Purchase and Warehouse, giving users consolidated access to relevant information in a single app per role.

A customer filter has been added to the Sales Invoice Statistics, allowing users to filter the report by customer for more targeted analysis and improved usability.

A new Warranty Claims Details page has been introduced, enabling users to view, filter and evaluate warranty claim information more efficiently. The page provides multiple filtering options, making it easier to analyze claims and support warranty-related decision-making.

[30762] Configurable credit memo rate threshold in reports

The credit memo rate can now be configured in reports. This value defines the threshold for whether the rate is within the green range and is used for color highlighting in selected visualizations within the TRASER BI Connect service app. This helps users quickly identify whether credit memo rates are within the expected range.

A new Service Credit Memo Overview gives users a comprehensive view of non-warranty service credit memos, including credit memo rates, refunded versus total amounts by type, fault reason analysis and location-based comparisons. KPIs and interactive visuals support early detection of issues and help assess the financial impact of service corrections.

Users can now access a dedicated, filterable list of posted service credit memos that shows all relevant service items while excluding warranty cases. This makes it easier to analyze corrective credit memos by fiscal year, customer, service item, order type and fault reason.

Dimension filtering has been added to the Phys. Inventory pages, allowing users to filter inventory data by dimensions for more detailed analysis and improved inventory tracking.

The new Workshop Utilization page gives users a clearer, more dynamic view of technician and workshop performance. Drawing on resource ledger entries, it highlights billed hours, planned hours and overall utilization in one place. Interactive charts make it easy to explore trends by fiscal year, location, resource or service order type, with flexible weekly or monthly perspectives and seamless year-over-year comparisons.

The initialization process for TRASER BI Connect apps in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central has been updated to align with the new report structure. This ensures that TRASER BI Connect reports are correctly initialized and connected based on the updated reporting framework.

The customer filter has been enhanced to allow searching by both customer number and customer name within a single field. This makes it easier and faster to find and select the correct customer.

A new Maintenance Contracts overview provides users with clear visibility into contract utilization and overdue services by combining key KPIs with visual comparisons of revenue, costs and margins. Interactive charts highlight performance by contract category, manufacturer and period, supporting proactive management of maintenance contracts.

New fields have been added to the Core Semantic Model to extend the available data for reporting and analytics. These additions enhance data analysis capabilities and provide more comprehensive insights across reports and dashboards.

A new Maintenance Contract Statistics page provides detailed, contract-level KPIs, including revenue, invoiced amounts, costs and adjusted profit. Flexible filters allow users to analyze maintenance contracts by customer, contract category, status and responsibility.

Users can now access a detailed breakdown of billed hours via a new drillthrough from the Workshop Utilization page. The new page displays billed hours and amounts per resource based on service invoice lines, including resource code, name and resource group for full transparency.

[31600] Debited cost center added to Semantic Model

The Debited Cost Center field is now included in the semantic model of the Service app, extending the service header data available for reporting and analysis.

[32050] Adjustment of 'Line Type' filter

The line type filters on the Service Invoice Overview have been moved to the page filter area. This change provides a more consistent filtering experience and makes it easier to apply and adjust filters when analyzing service invoice data.
