[27346] Dynamic reporting for Profit&Loss

Users can now define their own subcategories for Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold and Expenses and assign G/L accounts to them. This allows the Profit&Loss structure in TRASER BI Connect to fully adapt to their internal reporting needs without relying on fixed system categories, providing greater flexibility and control over their financial reporting.

[27873] Flexible dimension filters for G/L accounts

Dimension filters from the shortcut dimensions in the General Ledger Setup can now be applied directly to G/L accounts. This enables users to analyze accounts and subcategories in greater detail based on relevant business dimensions such as manufacturer or department, resulting in more precise and meaningful Profit&Loss evaluations in TRASER BI Connect.

[27875] Dimension filters for Profit&Loss calculations

Dimension filters defined for G/L accounts are now fully applied in the Profit&Loss calculation. The report now filters G/L entries based on the assigned dimensions, ensuring accurate and dimension-specific financial analysis.

[27877] New drilldown function for accessing sales lines in sales invoice

A new drilldown function has been added to the Sales Invoice Statistics page, allowing users to open a detailed view of the sales lines for the selected invoice. The drilldown action is named Sales Invoice Lines.

[27879] Updated calculation logic for key fields

The fields Amount, Adjusted Profit (LCY) and Adjusted Profit % are now calculated directly in TRASER BI Connect as the previous web service used to retrieve these values has been replaced.

[28018] Multiple G/L accounts allowed for dimension-based filtering

It is now possible to add the same G/L account multiple times to the reporting G/L account list, allowing users to use different dimension filters for the same account. This provides a more detailed and flexible analysis.

[28799] Physical inventory analysis report

A new report for physical inventory has been added, allowing users to quickly compare stock adjustments from posted physical inventory orders across locations. With date, order and location filters, the report displays a clear matrix of positive and negative item adjustments, making inventory preparation and follow-up significantly easier.

[28803] Physical inventory overview

A new physical inventory overview has been added, offering a clear evaluation of posted physical inventory orders and entries. The overview includes charts and KPIs showing quantity and value deviations per location, enabling transparent annual comparisons and faster analysis of inventory results.

[28931] Dimension-filtered data sync

Reports now send only data to TRASER BI Connect that matches your defined dimension filters. A new Matching Dimension Sets table automatically keeps dimension references up to date, ensuring that only dimension-valid G/L entries are included, even when filters or dimension sets change.

[29722] Improved machine sales statistics clarity

The machine sales statistics now display category and subcategory descriptions, making it easier to understand codes at a glance. The tooltip has also been enhanced to show fiscal year-end inventory, enabling better evaluation of sales performance in relation to remaining stock.

[29961] 'Order No.' added to sales invoice analysis

The Order No. has been added as a new column to the sales invoice header and can now be used as a filter. This enhancement allows users to identify and search invoices not only by Invoice No. but also by the corresponding Order No., improving clarity when multiple invoices exist for the same order.
