GRANIT Price & Availability Check Interface

The GRANIT Price & Availability Check Interface can be used to check the prices and availability of GRANIT catalog items in a purchase order.

Check Prices and Availability for All Lines

To check the prices and availability of GRANIT catalog items for all price lines of a purchase order, please proceed as follows:

• Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Purchase Orders page.
• Select the purchase order you want to edit or create a new purchase order.
• Click on GRANIT > Check Price and ATP in the menu bar.
• The prices and availability of the price lines is shown in the GRANIT Price & Availability FactBox.

You have successfully checked the prices and availability for all lines.

Check Prices and Availability for Single Lines

To check the prices and availability of GRANIT catalog items for a single price line of a purchase order, please proceed as follows:

• Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Purchase Orders page.
• Select the purchase order you want to edit or create a new purchase order.
• Click on the price line you want to check in the Lines FastTab.
• Click on GRANIT > Check Price and ATP in the menu bar of the Lines FastTab.
• The price and availability of the price line is shown in the GRANIT Price & Availability FactBox.
