Document Type Setup

Different document types which are should be archived in Shareflex DMS firstly need to be added to the Shareflex Document Type Setup.

Fields

Field Name Function in TRASER ECM Connect 365 x Shareflex Documents
Name Specifies the name of the document type.
Table No. Specifies which table number the document type is based on.
Table Name Specifies the name of the entered table number.
Table Filter Specifies the value of the Document Type field.
Report ID Filters the setup for a specific report.
Type Specifies if this is a document or a Filebox attachment.
SiteId Identifies the website in the Shareflex Sharepoint.
SubSiteId Identifies the subwebsite in the Shareflex Sharepoint.
DriveId Identifies the directory in which the document for this Shareflex document type should the saved in.
ListId Identifies the list in which the entries for this Shareflex document type should the saved in.
