TRASER ECM Connect 365

With its range of functions, the ECM interface offers the possibility of connecting the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and various document management systems. Data is exchanged between the systems in both directions. Due to many dynamic setup options, the software solution offers a high degree of scalability. This allows, for example, for business-relevant processes to be outsourced from the ERP system to the connected DMS. The interface promotes the flow of relevant data back into the core areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The essential components of the software solution are the archiving of documents in the DMS and the import of purchase invoices/credit memos that have gone through an individual workflow in the DMS system.
The TRASER ECM Connect 365 app provides export data structures in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and also generates export data that can be exported into the respective DMS by an additional connector app.
In addition, import data structures are provided that can be filled with data from the DMS using an additional connector app. The data imported from the DMS can be processed into documents using the TRASER ECM Connect 365 app.
