Link Setup

The ECM Link Setup contains setups for parameter translation between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the connected DMS. This sets up the call parameter with which the document or folder is called up. When viewing an individual entry, the Field Link Setup can also be created for this entry.

Fields

Field Name Function for TRASER ECM Connect 365
Link Type You can choose between document or folder as the link type. The document call is set up using this option selection.
Table No. The origin table of the ECM call is set up here.
Table Name The table name from the Table No. column is displayed here.
Table Filter An additional table filter can be stored here.
ECM Doc. Type Name The name of the ECM document type is displayed here.
No. of Parameters Is an indicator of how many fields are stored in the Field Link Setup.

Functions

default setup

The default setup creates recommended table data for the ECM Link Setup. Field Links are also set up. Existing setups are not overwritten, but only extended.
