Filebox Export Entries
The overview of the Filebox Export Entries contains data sets for the files stored via the Filebox. It provides, among other things, information about the storage categories and the processing status in the connected DMS. In addition, the factbox provides an overview of the error messages for the selected data record.
Each Filebox Export Entry has associated
Filebox Export Values, these can be viewed via the individual entry view.
Using the export function or a job queue, the Filebox Export Entries and their values are exported to the connected DMS.
Note
ECM admins cannot delete non-exported items.

| ID | Specifies the ID of the Filebox Export Entry. |
| Created at | Specifies the time when the Filebox Export Entry was created. |
| Exported at | Specifies the time when the Filebox Export Entry was exported. |
| Table No. | The table number indicates which table the file storage was carried out from. |
| Table Name | Displays the table name of the table from the Table No. column. |
| Export Status | Displays the status of the export. Possible statuses are: Ready, Exported, Error, In Use, and Deleted. |
| ECM Status | Displays the status of ECM processing. Possible statuses are: Waiting and Imported. |
| ECM Response ID | The field shows the ID of the associated entry in the connected DMS. |
| Related RecordID | Specifies the RecordID of the data record on which the file was stored in the Filebox. |
| Related SystemID | Specifies the SystemID of the data record on which the file was stored in the Filebox. |
| Error | Indicates whether an error occurred while processing the entry. |
| User-ID | Specifies the user ID of the user who created the Filebox Export Entry. |
| File Name | Provides information about the file name of the file that was stored in the Filebox. |
| File Extension | Specifies the file extension of the stored file. |
| BLOB Size | Specifies the file size of the stored file. |
| BLOB Deleted | Indicates whether the dropped file was deleted from the Filebox Export Entry. |
| Category Code | Indicates which category code the file storage was carried out with. |
| Category Name | The category name of the selected category code is displayed here. |
| Description | This field displays the description that can be entered when saving the file. |
Functions
This function executes the export of the selected Filebox Export Entry.
This function opens the Error Log filtered to the current Filebox Export Entry.
This function deletes the attached file, values and attributes of the Filebox Export Entry with export status Exported and ECM status Imported, depending on the keeping duration specified in the
Setup.
The Filebox Export Entries remain in this table for information purposes.
This function opens the data record associated with the Filebox Export Entry.
This function opens the selected Filebox Export Entry in the connected DMS as soon as an ECM Response ID is available.
