Sales opportunities are used to systematically record and track sales and rent processes. They map the entire transaction and provide information about the probability of a successful contract conclusion. Working with sales opportunities is based on setting up sales cycle stages that represent the individual phases of a typical sales or rent process, e.g., contacting a customer, creating a quote, and concluding a contract. In TRASER DMS 365, every change in the sales cycle stages is saved in the opportunity. This enables users to track progress transparently and seamlessly at any time. Sales opportunities can also be linked to configure price quotes to provide all relevant information at a glance.
