Setup in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Here you will find all important information on setting up Aptean RentBoard in Aptean Equipment DMS or Aptean Rental. To do so, please proceed as follows:

• Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Rent Setup page.
• Navigate to the Interfaces Settings FastTab.
• Activate the Rent Board active toggle switch to connect the app with Aptean Rental.
• Enter the URL of your environment in the Rentboard URL field.
• Activate the Rent Board - Add Object to Contract toggle switch, if the selected rent object should be added to the contract.
  If the toggle switch is deactivated, the selected rent object is only reserved.

You have successfully completed the basic setup for Aptean RentBoard.
