Price and Availability Interface Setup

The Price and Availability Interface lets you retrieve price and availability information for TVH products in TRASER DMS 365. To achieve this, the following setups must be completed:

Basic Setup

First, the basic interface setup must be performed. Please proceed as follows:

  • Open the Interface List page in TRASER DMS 365 and select the TVH Price and Availability entry.
  • In the General FastTab:
    • Keep the Interface Log toggle switch deactivated as no log is created or needed.
  • In the Authorization FastTab:
    • In the Authorization Type field, select the Basic value.
    • In the Authorization Code field, select the TVH INTEGRATION value, and click on the Show details button.
      • The Basic Application Endpoint Card page for the TVH INTEGRATION value opens.
      • In the User Name and Password fields, enter your TVH portal credentials.
      • Close the Basic Application Endpoint Card page.
  • In the Parameters FastTab, enter the following information in the Value field to prepare the interface:
    • LiveURL: Enter the URL for TVH Price and Availability.
      Default value: https://rest.irmn.com/tvhapi/inquiry/priceandavailability/
    • MainDealerAccountNumber: Enter your TVH account number.
    • TVHAccessKey: Enter the access key provided by TVH.
      When all requirements are met (green or grey values in the Parameters FastTab), you can enable the interface via the Activate Interface button of the Price and Availability Interface Card.

Business Partner Setup

It is necessary to map the TRASER DMS 365 vendor to the actual TVH company, or multiple vendors to their corresponding TVH companies, in a multi-vendor environment. To set up business partners, please proceed as follows:

  • Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Business Partners page.
  • Open the TVH Integration App entry.
  • In the General FastTab:
    • In the Interface Type field, select TVH Price and Availability.
  • In the menu bar of the Business Partner page, click on the Relations button.
  • In the Business Partner Relations table, proceed as follows:
    • In the Relation Type column, select Vendor.
    • In the Relation No. column, select the vendor number for the TVH business partner.
    • The Description column is automatically filled and cannot be changed.
    • Repeat these steps for all TVH business partners.
  • Close the Business Partner Relations table.
  • In the menu bar of the Business Partner page, click on the Integration Modules button.
  • Open the PRODUCTINFO entry.
  • On the Integration Module page, proceed as follows:
    • In the Parameters FastTab, select the TVH catalog for the CatalogIdentifier parameter.
    • In the menu bar, click on Activate to activate the integration module.
  • You can close all pages.

Note

TVH (catalog) items must be manually created as there is no catalog import today.
