Showing Price and Availability Information
The Price & Availability Interface lets you retrieve basic product as well as pricing and availability information for TVH items in item, purchase and sales FactBoxes. Before, the setup must be completed, and the mapped TVH vendor must be selected in purchase documents.
Product information can be retrieved in the following objects in TRASER DMS 365 using the Actions > Functions > Request Product Information button:
- Items table
- Item Card page
- Catalog Items table
- Catalog Item Card page
- Purchase Order page (additionally in the Line menu in the Lines FastTab for individual lines)
- Sales Order page (only in the Line menu in the Lines FastTab for individual lines)
- Service Item Worksheet page (only in the Lines FastTab for individual lines)
To show product information, please proceed as follows:
- Open the desired page or table of a TVH product in TRASER DMS 365.
- In the menu bar, click on Actions > Functions > Request Product Information to fill the Product Information FactBox.
- The following information is loaded based on the specified responsibility center which is mapped to the TVH warehouse:

| Vendor Item No. | Shows the unique number of the item in the TVH shop. |
| Description | Shows the item description or name. |
| Extended Attributes | Shows the number of additional attributes of this item. Click on the number to see the extended product attributes. |
| Last Updated | Shows the date of the last product information retrieval for this item. |
| Gross Price | Shows the list price of the item excluding VAT and without individual discounts. |
| Net Price | Shows the list price of the item excluding VAT but including individual discounts. |
| Available Quantity | Shows the actual available stock quantity. |

Shows the quantities from the different TVH warehouses. |
| Next delivery date | Shows the date when at least one of the requested items could be delivered. |
Tip
The extended product attributes can be opened when clicking on the arrow next to the Product Information FactBox header and then selecting Extended Attributes.
