With this app the usage of Continia Document Capture in TRASER DMS 365 can be optimised. For this, some functions in the area of purchase documents are added, which significantly simplify the daily workflow.
Integration into the TRASER Role Center
In the TRASER Bookkeeper role center, the most important information is displayed. So that the monitoring of Continia Document Capture can be integrated into daily workflows as easily as possible, the role center directly displays the most important information of Continia Document Capture.
Order Matching
In order to carry out the order matching efficiently, it makes a lot of sense to also have the vendor item number in the overview. Due to the complex item structure of many agricultural machinery manufacturers or different items with the same name, the vendor's item number is very helpful for order matching.
Partner Dealers and Associations
When ordering through a purchasing association, the items that are listed at another retailer are ordered through the association (or a partner retailer). The articles can usually be read via the manufacturer's catalog. However, by default, automatic article translation only works with the vendor's articles. In order to use the automatic article translation, TRASER DMS 365 x Continia Document Capture searches all creditor article references (from the catalogs) that are relevant for the association/partner dealer. These item references are then used to create the item with the partner dealer/association as the vendor.
Documents For Processing Warranty Claims
In the event of a warranty claim, the documents exchanged should also be archived. So that these can be easily found, they are linked to the purchase invoices as receipts for purchase credits.
