Basic Setup

First, the basic interface setup must be performed. Please proceed as follows:

Open the Interface List page in TRASER DMS 365 and select the CNHPRICELISTIMPORT entry.
In the General FastTab:
- Activate the Interface Log toggle switch to keep a record of all CNH Price List Import Interface activities via the Log button in the menu bar.

Tip

If needed, enable automatic clearing of lines on the Interface Log page after a specific time by entering a value in the Delete Log Entries After field.
Example: 90D = all log entries older than 90 days are automatically deleted. Information about entering a time frame can be found here.

In the Parameters FastTab, enter the following information in the Value field to prepare the interface:
- AzureContainerName: Enter the Azure Blob Storage container name used to download the CNH price file.
  This information is available from your TRASER Software GmbH representative (internal password manager).
- AzureSharedAccessKey: Enter the Shared Access Key of above defined Azure Blob Storage account.
  This information is available from your TRASER Software GmbH representative (internal password manager).
- AzureStorageAccount: Enter the Azure Blob Storage account used to download the CNH price file.
  This information is available from your TRASER Software GmbH representative (internal password manager).
- NameOfCatalogCSCE: Optional Select the specific catalog code that will be used for the Case Construction Price File Import Interface.

- NameOfCatalogCSIH: Optional Select the specific catalog code that will be used for the Case IH Price File Import Interface.

- NameOfCatalogNHAG: Optional Select the specific catalog code that will be used for the New Holland Agriculture Price File Import Interface.
  For more information see Creating Catalog.
- NameOfCatalogNHCE: Optional Select the specific catalog code that will be used for the New Holland Construction Price File Import Interface.
  For more information see Creating Catalog.
- NameOfCatalogSTEYR: Optional Select the specific catalog code that will be used for the Steyr Price File Import Interface.
  For more information see Creating Catalog.
- PriceListRegionCode: Select the specific region code that will be used for the CNH Price File Import Interface.
  This is needed to specify the dealer's target region as CNH does not provide individual, dealer-specific files via CSPS. In order to use the correct catalog prices, one of the following region codes must be selected.
  Otherwise, wrong catalog prices could be applied.
  Possible values: DE, EN, ES, IT, FR, NL, DA
- PriceListWeightUnit: Enter the specific weight unit that will be used for the CNH Price File Import Interface.
  This value depends on the weight unit used for catalog items in the system, not on the weight unit imported from CNH.
  Possible values: g and kg

Note

It is only required to select catalogs for manufacturers you actually deal with in the NameOfCatalog... parameters. Other catalogs are not imported and processed.

When all requirements are met (green or grey values in the Parameters FastTab), users can enable the interface via the Activate Interface button of the CNH Price List Import Interface Card.
