Service Charges

Definition

In our ERP solution, a service charge refers to a fee that can be charged in service orders for certain (replacement) parts, services or labor. Service charges may be set up in our ERP solution and assigned to an order type. After the service order has been completed, the assigned charges are automatically added to invoicing.
