Service Charges

Definition

In TRASER DMS 365, a service charge refers to a fee that can be charged in service orders for certain (replacement) parts, services or labor. Service charges may be set up in TRASER DMS 365 and assigned to a service order type. After the service order has been completed, the assigned charges are automatically added to invoicing.
