Machine Communities

Definition

A machine community describes an agricultural cooperative for the joint purchase and use of machines and components. The purpose of a machine community is to split costs for acquisition, operation and service among its members, therefore enabling a more (cost-)efficient utilization of agricultural machinery.

In TRASER DMS 365, machine communities may be used in service and sales documents. To do this, a customer is created which functions as the head of the machine community. The members are then added to it as separate, postable customer accounts.
