Invoice Plan

Definition

An invoice plan provides an overview of the invoice lines of all active contracts. In the context of TRASER Rental 365, all lines from rental contracts or rental quotes are summarized in an invoice plan and provide information about the invoice status, the invoice type, all price information and invoice periods. This enables various types of invoicing, e.g. consumption invoices, final invoices or partial invoices. It is also possible to create combined invoices for a customer with several rental contracts. Invoice plans are recalculated with each posting and can also be updated manually.
