FactBox ★
Definition
A FactBox is the area that is located on the right-most side of a page and can be shown or hidden. FactBoxes are divided into one or more elements or oder FastTabs that are arranged vertically. This area is used to display information that is related to an item on the main content page, e.g., relevant data/fields, charts or cues. On a page that shows a service order list, you can use a FactBox, e.g., to display customer details for a selected sales order.
