History Legacy Data

This chapter describes how to view legacy data in TRASER DMS 365. This chapter is divided into the following sections:

View legacy data regarding item transactions

To view the legacy data of a specific item, please proceed as follows:

  • Use the quick search in TRASER DMS 365 (Alt+Q) to find the page Items.
  • A list containing all items is displayed.
  • Open an item card.
  • The Item Card is displayed.
  • Click History > Legacy in the menu bar.

Item Sales/Purchase History Legacy List

  • The list shows all item transactions that were created in the legacy system.

View legacy data regarding sales transactions on customer card

To view the legacy data of a specific customer, please proceed as follows:

  • Use the quick search in TRASER DMS 365 (Alt+Q) to find the page Customers.
  • A list containing all customers is displayed.
  • Open a customer card.
  • The customer card is displayed.
  • Click Related > History > Legacy in the menu bar.

Customer Sales History Legacy List

  • The list shows all sales transactions that were created in the legacy system for the customer.

View legacy data regarding purchase transactions on vendor card

To view the legacy data of a specific vendor, please proceed as follows:

  • Use the quick search in TRASER DMS 365 (ALT+Q) to find the page Vendors.
  • A list containing all vendors is displayed.
  • Open a vendor card.
  • The vendor card is displayed.
  • Click Related > History > Legacy in the menu bar.

Vendor Purchase History Legacy List

  • The list shows all purchase transactions that were created in the legacy system for the vendor.
